Terms and Conditions

1. Commercial Quotations & Pricing

All machinery pricing published or shared is quotation-dependent based on the specific configuration selected by the buyer (e.g. 4 KVT vs 8 KVT vs 10-Brick plant, hydraulic tonnage, motor brands, inclusion of dual roller pan mixers, conveyor lengths, and customized hardened alloy mould dies).

Formal written quotations issued by Shree Vagheshwari Engineering Works remain valid for the period stated on the proforma invoice or quotation document.

2. Manufacturing, Inspection & Dispatch

• Factory Inspection: Buyers or their authorized representatives are invited to visit our manufacturing facility in Morbi, Gujarat, to inspect machinery during trial assembly before dispatch.
• Dispatch & Transport: Machinery is dispatched directly from our Morbi factory via commercial freight carriers. Transit insurance and freight charges are arranged per mutual agreement in the quotation contract.
• Delivery Coverage: We supply and dispatch manufacturing equipment to all states and territories across India.

3. Buyer Site Prerequisites for Installation

Prior to the arrival of factory technicians for machine erection and hydraulic commissioning, the buyer is responsible for completing site preparations:

• Level RCC civil foundation ready as per factory engineering drawings provided upon booking.
• Commercial 3-phase industrial power energized at site (~17 HP for 4 KVT setups; ~30 HP for 8 & 10 KVT turnkey setups).
• Adequate water supply (minimum 5,000L tank) and initial trial raw materials (fly ash, sand/dust, cement).
• Required hydraulic oil barrels available on site for reservoir filling.

4. On-Site Erection & Technician Training

Shree Vagheshwari Engineering Works deputes skilled technicians to assist with machinery alignment, hydraulic system hookup, PLC panel commissioning, and operator training. Buyer provides local labour assistance and boarding/lodging for technicians per terms agreed in the quotation.

5. Warranty & Hydraulic Components

Machinery structures and manufactured assemblies carry warranty against fabrication and manufacturing defects as specified in the individual sales contract. Standard proprietary electrical motors and hydraulic valves carry OEM manufacturer warranties. Normal wear-and-tear items (such as die liners and scraper blades) are excluded from warranty.
